Here I will share with you resources that can be of assistance on your journey of quiet self care. These resources can also be helpful in focusing on your mental health.

Some readings that can help reframe your thinking about your mental self.
This book is by Brene Brown. I read this book quite some time ago and it really helped me to understand that the things we see in ourselves as flawed can and should be viewed as a gift....once we learn how to change our perspective
How often have we thought to ourselves that we are fighting off a cold or those aches and pains are from something we did the day or night before or even because of our age....the reality is that our body will hold on to the things we suffer through mentally and will find ways to let us know. Mental health care is healthcare!
I heard so many times you can't love someone else unless you love yourself first. This book helped me to understand why that is key and how to really get in touch with myself and learn how to truly love myself exactly as I am.
*I do not receive anything for the suggestions I give*
